• Discuss emotional patterns, triggers, and moments of disconnection
• Clarify what “body connection” means for you and how you hope to feel
• Begin developing a personalized, paced plan that supports your nervous system and emotional needs

By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of how therapy can help you reconnect with your body, strengthen emotional awareness, and build a more grounded sense of self.
